Shipping
All orders will be shipped first class with USPS with a tracking number and insurance. If you choose to opt out of the insurance to save on shipping costs, please specify in the notes section and the remaining balance will be returned.
I am not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If you choose to opt out of insurance and the package is lost or damaged, I am not liable.
I generally ship my packages 2-3 days after your order was placed. Please make sure your address is up to date and correct. I cannot be head liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
I am also not responsible for items that have been damaged during transit. I take all necessary precautions to ensure your jewelry is safely wrapped with bubble wrap and a padded envelope. Once the package leaves my hands it's out of my control. I have never had an issue with a broken piece of jewelry.
Return Policy

If you are unsure about a piece of jewelry, please ask as many questions as you would like before you purchase. You can also request additional photos. You can find my email in the "contact" page.
For special circumstances, you may be able to exchange your item for something else. This will be at my discretion, and you will pay shipping both for the return and the new item.
Care
I believe in the quality of my work. My pieces are sturdy and well made.
That being said, I am not responsible for damage done to your jewelry once it leaves my hands, including cracked or chipped stones. Many of my pieces have stones and raw crystal specimens that cannot be drop, bumped or knocked on a hard surface.
NEVER submerge jewelry under water!!
PLEASE leave your jewelry at home if you intend on taking part in any activity that might cause damage to your jewelry like swimming, bathing, concerts ect.
