All orders will be shipped with USPS with a tracking number and insurance.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
I generally ship my packages within a week after your order was placed. Please make sure your address is correct.
Made to order designs take 2-3 weeks.
If an item is damaged during shipping please contact me within 5 days of recieveig it.
Return Policy
No refunds, so sorry.
If you are unsure about a piece of jewelry, please ask as many questions as you would like before your purchase. Please read the descriptions carefully. You can also request additional photos. You can find my email in the "contact" page.
For special circumstances, you may be able to exchange your item for something else. This will be at my discretion, and you will pay shipping both for the return and the new item.
Resizing
I do not resize rings.
Please know your ring size before purchasing and have it measured professionally.
I am unable to size down once I have set the stones. Some rings can be sized up.
Care
I believe in the quality of my work. My pieces are sturdy and well made.
That being said, I am not responsible for damage done to your jewelry once it leaves my hands, including cracked or chipped stones. Many of my pieces have stones and raw crystal specimens that cannot be drop, bumped or knocked on a hard surface.
Stones like Opal should never get wet. Please educate yourself on proper care of your special mineral.
NEVER submerge jewelry under water!!
PLEASE leave your jewelry at home if you intend on taking part in any activity that might cause damage to your jewelry like swimming, bathing, concerts ect.
